Terrence M. Fullum, MD, MBA, FACS, FASB

Dr. Fullum is Chief Clinical Officer of the Howard University Faculty Practice Plan; Professor of Surgery; Physician Executive of Surgical Services; and Medical Director of the Howard University Center for Wellness and Weight Loss Surgery, a “Center of Excellence” accredited program. He is one of the country’s premier minimally invasive and bariatric academic surgeons and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS) and a Fellow of the American Society of Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery (FASMBS).
Daniel Tran, MD, FACS
Dr. Tran is an Associate Professor of Surgery at Howard University College of Medicine; and the Associate Program Director for the General Surgery Residency at Howard University Hospital. He also serves as the Associate Director of the Center for Wellness and Weight Loss Surgery. Dr. Tran has an extensive experience in minimally invasive weight loss surgery and general surgery. He has performed over 2500 laparoscopic bariatric operations (200 using the da Vinci Robotic System).
Henry Paul, MD, FACS,
Dr. Paul is the Chief of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery; Co-Director of Combined Hand Surgery Service at Howard University Hospital. Dr. Paul specializes in a wide range of plastic and hand surgeries, breast reduction and reconstruction, skin tissue, cleft lip, nasal deformity repairs, face lifts, tummy tucks, liposuction, and lip injection as elective surgeries for patients who wish to make aesthetic improvements.
Kelly M. Bolden, MD, FACS
Dr. Bolden is the Medical Director, Cultura Plastic Surgery; and Assistant Professor, Department of Surgery, Howard University College of Medicine. Dr. Bolden is also a double board certified plastic surgeon with extensive training from the top institutions in the country. She specializes in cosmetic and reconstructive breast surgery, body sculpting, body contouring after massive weight loss, gender confirmation top surgery, and facial rejuvenation.
Evelyn G. Dakwa, DNP, PMHNP Student, MSN
Evelyn G. Dakwa is the Bariatric Coordinator at the Howard University Center for Wellness and Weight Loss Surgery. As a certified health coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, she specializes in tailoring customized plans for her patient's specific weight loss needs based on their individual health status. Evelyn uses an evidence-based, scientific approach with proven holistic methods to support her patient’s health goals.
